Modern shopping hotel with comfortable bedrooms. Excellent customer care. The pool area was nice too. Absolutely perfect, ideal location close to a shopping mall, a shopping center, many restaurants, shops. Starbucks nearby for tea or coffee.

when I first arrived my key did not work. had to go down to the front desk to get new keys.toilet was leaking a large amount of water.we had to pack up and move to another room.

We checked in after mid nite to be placed in a noisy room. Noise (humming) caused us time from getting a deep sleep. We finally dozed off to a peaceful rest.

We love staying at this hotel every time we visit Colonial Heights. The excellent services make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location is fantastic and unbeatable in a safe area. There is a Sweet Frog within walking distance, offering tea, coffee, and desserts.

Sincerely, it was a very comfortable stay on a week long road trip. My room was well stocked and spotless, with a dining area, an ironing set and a work desk. The hotel had a marvellous and convenient location in the shopping center.
